Springline provided contaminated land investigation, consenting and construction support for the redevelopment of a former commercial and industrial site into Grace Vineyard Church’s new purpose-built City Campus.
Early investigations identified contaminated fill, including areas of elevated lead and asbestos-impacted soil. Working with the project team, Springline developed a practical remediation strategy incorporating in-situ cement stabilisation of high-lead soils, targeted asbestos controls and managed soil excavation during earthworks.
Springline remained involved through consenting and construction, providing soil management advice, contractor support and validation of remediation works. Our role included managing the different soil streams during earthworks, coordinating appropriate treatment and disposal pathways, and ensuring contaminated materials were handled safely and in accordance with the project requirements.
