Springline is providing contaminated land investigation and earthworks support for a high-end residential development on Park Terrace, overlooking Hagley Park. The project comprises two 11-storey apartment buildings together with associated townhouses.
Our involvement has included detailed site investigations for consenting, soil characterisation and earthworks planning, with a particular focus on understanding soil conditions early and identifying practical pathways for reuse and disposal.
Springline has worked closely with the wider project team to translate the investigation data into clear, construction-ready advice, including soil management recommendations, disposal and reuse strategies, and guidance for managing contaminated and surplus soils during earthworks.
The focus throughout has been on reducing uncertainty before construction, protecting programme and cost, and giving the project team practical options for managing a complex inner-city site.
