Springline delivered contaminated land investigation, management, and remediation services to support the redevelopment of former vehicle workshops and industrial warehousing into a a new church, auditorium and multi-storey carpark.

Engaged early in the design phase, we worked closely with the contractor to complete subsurface investigations on an active site with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Our work provided the design team with a clear understanding of ground conditions before earthworks commenced, enabling informed decision-making and early cost planning.

Springline supported the project through consenting and earthworks management, including the remediation and safe handling of contaminated fill materials to ensure compliant and efficient soil management. Early engagement and practical coordination ultimately strengthened project feasibility and reduced construction risk.
